PCS SWIM CLUB REGISTRATION FORM
WINTER 2024

PCS Swim Club will hold its inaugural 8-week season between January 15, 2024, through March 15, 2024. During this season (comprised of two 4-week sessions), practices will be held M, T, and Th from 3:30p – 4:30p at 757swim’s pool at the WISC. We will have two 757swim coaches training our swimmers. Our season will culminate in either timed trials or an intrasquad meet, so our swimmers can experience the fruition of their dedicated practice efforts!

Eligibility: Eligible student swimmers must be able to swim a 25-meter freestyle and backstroke. Also, this club is not open to year-round competitive swimmers.

Gear: Students will need to provide their own swimsuit and fins.

Fee: $240/season. You may pay it in a one single payment by 1/15/2024 OR two payments of $120 each, at the beginning of each 4-week session (1/15/2024 and 2/26/2024). Checks are payable to “PCS” with memo: PCS Swim Club.

Registration Deadline: December 08, 2023

Please sign this waiver. It must be submitted by 12/08/23 for your student to be placed on the team roster. Also, if your student has already submitted a VHSL physical form to PCS for another sport, it is valid through May 1, 2024, and you do not need to submit another one. If you haven’t turned in one, please submit a completed VHSL form by Tuesday, January 2, 2024. Our final roster will be provided to 757swim that day.
