ANNUAL FUND 

At PCS, the safety of our students and teachers is our number one priority, and we know that campus security is an important piece of every family’s decision-making process as they choose where to educate their children.  We also know the student experience, both in and out of the classroom, sets PCS apart from other educational options in Williamsburg.  We are also committed to keeping tuition costs low and providing financial aid to families in need, because we want a classical Christian education to be accessible to every family willing to pursue it, but tuition only covers approximately 84% of operating costs.

To that end, the PCS Board and Development Committee have been tasked with raising $100,000 this year to support those priorities – campus security, a vibrant student experience, and financially accessible tuition and assistance for families.

We know that $100,000 is a big goal, but we also know that we serve an even bigger God who loves to give good gifts to His children.  James 1:17 says, “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.”  We know that the world is a place of shifting shadows, and our prayer is that through your generosity, He would use PCS to help give His children the gift of a safe, loving, environment where they can learn about Him and the world that He has made.

ENDOWMENT

We are so blessed to have donors who wish to leave an enduring legacy and see our school thrive for many generations!  To that end, we are fortunate to have established two endowments recently, the restricted Golden Memorial Endowment and the unrestricted PCS Patriot Endowment.  The former endowment funds annual scholarship awards, which recognizes a Golden Scholar Student recipient and a 2:10 Teacher recipient. These awards recognize the selfless service of Mrs. Elaine Golden, a 15-year volunteer enrichment teacher at PCS. You can find additional information at here.
